Wow it is Friday and it is still raining.  My heart goes out to those around the country that are having serious flooding issues and slips.  

Staying motivated when there is so much pain around us can be very exhausting - and i would like to say to all ... the sun will shine again! Yesterday I bought a stunning bunch of daffodils and they made my heart sing.  I realised over night that some of my emails to my suppliers this week had been a bit abrupt and so today I sent out apologies.
As I take off some time today for some reflexology and then piano lessons, I am going to remember
I am human :)  Sometimes all need daffodils (insert fav flowers) in our lives!
